TfL Update on Station Approach

At our request, David Simmonds MP has received an update from TfL regarding lettings in Station Approach. ‘We have renewed three leases on five-year term contracts. There are currently four vacant shops which require work in order to bring them up to a presentable shell standard in preparation for leasing out. We are in the process of identifying a contractor to undertake the essential repair and renewals work to shops 59-65E‘
