Both appeals have been refused for the change of use to a children’s nursery and for alterations to the Grade 2 Listed Building.
The refusal of the appeal for the change of use was substantially on the basis of traffic congestion and inadequate on-site drop-off and pick-up facilities.
The Hearing, held on 24th February 2026 at the Civic Centre, was well attended by local residents and local nurseries, and everyone was allowed to express their concerns.
