“We, the undersigned residents of the London Borough of Hillingdon, formally petition Hillingdon Council to reconsider its Cabinet decision of 22 October 2026 to replace the existing garden waste sack collection arrangements with a predominantly wheelie-bin-based service and reduce collections to 25 per year.
“We call upon the Council to pause implementation pending meaningful borough-wide public consultation and
publication of a fully costed assessment of the proposed changes and reasonable alternatives.” etc
