Could you be our Newsletter Advertising Manager?
We have been fortunate in having Claire to look after the adverting in the last few NRA newsletters, but she will be moving away from Northwood this year. This means that we are seeking a volunteer to take over all aspects of advertising in the newsletter.
The Advertising Manager is responsible for:
1) Sending the newsletter deadline information to regular advertisers and any other enquirers.
2) Sending an invoice on confirmation of a booking.
3) Sending final artwork to the Editor by the copy deadline.
4) Once the newsletter has been published, delivering/sending a complimentary copy plus a receipt to each advertiser.
5) Liaising with the Editor throughout to keep him informed of progress.
Claire will guide you through the procedures, help will always be at hand!
