Our 60th Annual General Meeting was held on Thursday 21st May, 8pm at Northwood Methodist Church, Oaklands Gate HA6 3AA.
Chairman, Tony Ellis reported on the executive committee’s activities during 2025.
Presentations were made to Valerie Mellor who stepped down as President after 40 years involved with the NRA executive committee, and to Paul Barker who has retired following 14 years as Area Road Steward and Chief Road Steward.
The Executive committee members and officers were duly elected, and Chris Duffy was appointed as President.
Our guest speaker, Cllr Philip Corthorne, gave a most entertaining and informative talk about his experiences as Mayor of Hillingdon 2025 – 2026.
The Open Forum gave audience members a chance to ask Cllr Ekta Gohil, Cllr Henry Higgins and Sgt Gareth Blackburn a wide-ranging series of questions.
