David recommended a minimum of £2 per household and a fixed rate of £10 per business as the suscription for 2011.

Association Officers for the 2011 year were voted in on a show of hands, these being – Tony Ellis (Chairman), Miles Gilman (Vice Chairman), David Blowers (Treasurer) and Chris Rogers (Hon. Auditor).
The following individuals were elected as members of the Executive Committee.
