After a number of delays the London Borough of Hillingdon has issued for public consultation its proposals for Part 2 of the Local Plan. These proposals will include the detailed policies that will form the basis of all Council decisions on planning applications submitted over the next 15 years or so; they are, therefore, very important in shaping and defining the environment in which we live.
The documents can be accessed through the Council’s website. The public consultation is open until 4 November 2014 and all comments need to be submitted to the Council by that date. The website contains details of how comments are to be made.
For those who may have questions to raise the Council will be holding a “drop in” information session at Ruislip Manor Library on 7 October between 3.30pm and 7pm.
The NRA Planning Advisers, Jeffrey Bailey and David Goodman, will be happy to help with any queries which you may have.
