Theft from horse trough

Once more we have to report the theft of plants from the horse trough; a very disappointing start for Frances and Eddy Meyer who have recently taken on the task of tending the plants which brighten up an otherwise dark corner of Northwood. In previous years we have reported thefts to the Police and have had articles in the local paper, but nothing seems to stop this mindless vandalism.
