We hope that many of you were able to attend the exhibitions on 7th and 9th March and have submitted your comments. In case you couldn’t get there, you can find some information and a Feedback form on the Northwood Quarter website: https://www.northwoodstationquarter.co.uk/
The NRA committee voted unanimously against the proposals as they were presented to us at the exhibitions on 7th and 9th March 2019 and have already lodged their objections directly with TfL.
However, the majority of members are in favour of some form of development in the area, provided it addresses the parking issues, housing density and height.
The NRA recognises that a new campaign must be mounted to fight the proposals via an independent group such as ‘Save Our Northwood’. This is so that all residents of Northwood and those of the surrounding areas who use Northwood town centre, can have their say.
There will be a chance to discuss TfL’s proposals at the NRA AGM on 11th April.
NRA is in direct communication with TfL as well as our MP and local councillors.
