It was good to meet and greet so many local residents on Saturday 24th September at our pop-up event in the town centre. Thank you to all those who spared the time to stop for a chat with members of the executive committee, the Northwood councillors and a couple of our local police officers.
This was also a fund-raising opportunity for the Northwood Lions Club who were selling books, DVDs and plants. Then we had the Scouts selling delicious home-baked cakes and soft drinks to help fund their trip representing the district at the World Scout Jamboree in South Korea next summer.
Who knows when we might pop-up again!
